GREEFA Sorting Machines
In order to sort the size of a mango, we use a Greefa machine to select the fruit weighing size. An HD camera also captures 60 images per round to detect skin defects, thanks to its latest computer vision technology.
IQF Machine
In order to produce frozen products of the highest standard, Thakolsri Farm chooses the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method which is proven to be the most popular freezing technology. IQF preserves the original taste and freshness. While reducing the internal water loss through its quick freezing, fruits can still maintain a perfect shape, a beautiful appearance, and preserves the natural color and taste of the fruits. The pieces of fruits are perfectly separated.
